Columbus Alive! has profiled BRU, the new brew-on-premise business opening in Columbus. BRU, which also will make its own beers, is the first brew-on-premise operation in the state capital.

“My goal is to educate people about craft beer. The vision here is for people to have the opportunity to experience brewing every step of the way … the comradery, the joking around, having fun in the brewery,” brewmaster Charlie Davis told the weekly newspaper.
